These Boys don’t Mess Around!

Their a Riot to trainthey push out every set & there’s always some great laughs.

It’s my 3rd season with the Flyer’s and I am honoured to drive to Leamington and kick their butt’s after a practice.  They work hard and all have a great attitude with me and each other.  They are dedicated to this sport they love and want to be at top notch level to play it. Cross training is so important for all athletes  and should be a part of your training all year round.  Trust me if your core is strong, you have explosive power in your legs  and you have a great start-stop in your feet… it makes a world of difference in enhancing your performance in the game.  You feel unstoppable  and have a confidence in the sport to kick some serious ass.  It’s so important to dedicate time to training outside of the game.  Yoga is another great way to cross train for sports, flexibility plays a huge role in any game and can help with preventing injuries too.
